SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs. Charges to credit cards will appear as HEIDI'S HOME DESIGN, LLC.
SALES TAX
Shipments to addresses within the state of New York are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of New York are not charged sales tax.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make a change or cancel any part of your order, please call 877.744.3434 immediately to speak to a Customer Service representative, or e-mail customerservice@crutchcritters.com. Representatives are available to help Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. We will make every effort to make changes to your order, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be possible.
RETURNS
Items that were purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items purchased from Crutch Critters®/Heidi's Home Design, LLC can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund for the price of the item. Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment. Damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item. Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted on unused, unopened items in their original packaging with the original packing slip. If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to Crutch Critters®/Heidi's Home Design, LLC as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error made by Crutch Critters®/Heidi's Home Design, LLC (e.g. wrong item). Crutch Critters® by Heidi's Home Design, LLC will only return/exchange items purchased through www.crutchcritters.com. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return/exchange.
